Komisi Pemilihan Umum Propinsi dan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten/Kota,selanjutnya di sebut KPU Propinsi Dan KPU Kabupaten/Kota,adalah penyelenggara Pemilu di Propinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota
